Single family residence in West Stockbridge is located on 18-acre land, overlooking the valley, South oriented. Surrounded within nature, the house remains within the privacy from neighbors and road. A 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence, with house interior design including a living area, kitchen, dining area, media room, library, courtyard, and screened porch. Large openings, many floor to ceiling, allow a connection with the immediate outdoor. 

Basement is unconditioned and serves as storage and mechanical room. The building is sprinkled on both levels. Geothermal system was installed to generate energy for cooling and heating reinforcing the sustainable design approach. HERS energy analysis was performed to establish building envelope design criteria. 

Facade is cement board on subframe over zip wall system. The house consists of wood system, open web joists for floor and roof assemblies, and LVLs for vertical posts.
