        Our practice is based on building design where environmental and technological context are carefully thought, while creating architecturally balanced compositions. Our primary focus is improving  communities while working with various clients within the budget and timeline constraints. As a small team we are able to deliver projects prepared by our principal directly, which enhances quality control over design process. We select reputable consultants, often times that our founder has worked with. LIA brings fifteen years of expertise to your project in a custom approach.      

       LIA DPC principal's professional experience encompasses contribution to projects of various scale and typology, from ports, U.S. Embassies to single family residences, rehabilitation and conversion type of work, for private and institutional clients. Reporting directly to the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations; U.S. Department of Transportation, and collaborating with consultants engineers of prominent professional prestige, such as Silman Structural Solutions, Altieri, and others.
